Technically speaking, losing weight is simple - just cut your daily intake of calories and more exercise. When the agency finds that it can extract the energy from the food they eat, will start the burning of fat deposits around the waist and other parts of your body. Fat portfolios by binding to fat molecules, again which is not absorbable by the intestine. fat blockers and binders have unpleasant side effects (among them are uncontrollable anal discharges odor.) Of course you can not expect that removing fat from your diet is healthy.
